Working with Sara and the flower essence remedies was instrumental in taking a step back from my day to day life and my overwhelming desire / inability to have a baby, and look deeper into my spiritual side and my relationships. It allowed issues to come to the forefront which i was unaware of and i felt like the essences worked in a very subtle way - almost like 'layers' being peeled away in order to allow parts of me that needed taking care of to be worked on.

Although i am not yet pregnant, the work has been invaluable in my own self-discovery, and i plan to continue using the essences as i continue on my personal journey whether that involves becoming a mother or not. I am definitely at more peace within myself, although i realise that i will always need to take time to nurture myself and the essences are a perfect way of me doing that.

My menstruation was never regular, and it had been like this ever since it started. I tried some products to balance my hormones and also tried to change my diet to help the situation. However, none of them really helped me completely. As soon as I started taking Sara's flower essence combinations for hormone balancing, from that very month, my cycle became regular. Just like that. I did not even have, say a few months, to feel the adjustment - my periods just started coming regularly straight away. It sounds impossible, but it really happened. I can now plan events like holidays better or at least I can prepare for them. Not only sorting out my irregular periods, I also became more aware of being a woman`too. Appreciating being a woman more than ever and I started feeling sexy too! This really proved to me that flower essences work not only on the emotional level but also on a physical level. How I feel about the essences is that - once we have identified a problem in (psycho) therapy... Taking the essences allows us to prize it open and find answers, and let it all go. I used flower essences at a difficult time in my life. I was trying to conceive a second child after a series of miscarriages and struggling with the emotions around fertility as a woman in my forties. The essences helped me to gain clarity and insight into the emotional aspects of my situation and to reconcile within myself some deeper issues that I carried with me from my past. The process of using essences also helped me to continue to believe that I could have another child and to hold onto being as positive and strong as possible through times of doubt and uncetainty.
This happened in a profound yet gentle way which is hard to explain. The essences seem to support you in a way that is both emotional and spiritual and enable you to develop a focus on the key aspects of what you need.

I was fortunate enough to be able to consider turning to IVF abroad to have my second child. It was not an easy process , to say the least, and I am so grateful to Sara and the essences for helping me along the road to and through this experience. My adorable second child is now 2 and 1/2 and our family is complete.
